Positive: Besides the location which is what every traveller looking to stay looks for

Negative: Starting with the reservation staff and attending staff... No communication etiquettes...no knowledge...lack of interest in welcoming the guest Room wasn't that clean ...the beds had linen strands flying... The towels and bathrobe were torn and housekeeping did not notice it or chose to ignore If this is how you welcome the guest within your country...then goodluck to foreign guest

Positive: Breakfast was excellent. Room was comfortable. Staff were excellent and very helpful and professional.

Negative: We stayed in the part of the hotel that was outside of the terminal building which meant that it was difficult to use the restaurant which was inside the terminal building at arrivals so once you were out you could not easily get back in for dinner. The restaurant in the building we were in was open for breakfast only. As long as you are happy to use one of the many restaurants or food stalls just outside the terminal building that is fine.
