Positive: Cleanliness, very positive vibes, hotel beeakfast superb, staff are very good, polite and do their jobs very promptly. Location just at Villeparle east suburban railway main entry. Recommended especially for family and even for bachelor
Negative: Rooms are bit small, the intercom phone is kept very akwardly in one corner, not much space bothside from bed. Tv sets looks very old, must be upgraded.

Positive: Clean and tidy. My room was a bit small. The location is nice - right at the Vile Parle market. Plenty of stalls, shops and restaurants.
Negative: The electric switches were a bit weird. Took some time to figure out what switch did what. AC was controlled by a switch and didn’t come on without a lot of fiddling with its remote control.
Summary: Perfect for a short stay in Vile Parle.

Positive: The hotel is at a great location, not far from the airport. Its not huge, and for those who are looking for good value for money, this is a good place to go to. There is also a good vegetarian restaurant next door, also run by the same mnagement.
Negative: I would have liked for the room to be a little larger but, then again we are talking about Mumbai where space is a premium. No major complaints
Summary: Good value for money. Great for a 1 night or 2 night stay.

Positive: Lovely hotel, Exceptional price.Great service, Very busy though.Only thing was ordered food to room and paid cash and when did check out.They added the food to the bill, There is a lot of reception staff hence confusion.. However would definitely stay again 👌
Negative: At Check out time reception was so busy that they asked me for money pending food bill, yet we paid cash at time in room.
Summary: Was so friendly, accommodating and that Ram Krishna Restaurant was adjacent to the hotel.
