Positive: Everything was above the expected! The rooms were spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location is outside the city centre and close to the airport in a quiet part of town with free parking near the building where you can leave your car and hop on a nearby bus (line number 1) to the historical city centre. Also, mr. Mauro was a kind and positive guy and even gave us some recommendations where to eat. Would definitively recommend!

Positive: The appartment was wonderful. Modern, clean and everything in place for a nice stay. It's absolutely perfect recommendation, if you travel with some friend/colleague with whom you wouldn't share a bed, but spend a nice time with TV/Netflix or board games.

Negative: As solo traveller I was a bit concerned in advance, if I'd had to share bathroom/kitchen with a stranger

Positive: Amazing nice host, positive, helpful with all the details, lives in the same building, welcomed us even 1,5 hour later after sour arrival time, speaks perfect English. Soooo worth the money paid, awesome breakfast, all bath washes/shampoos weee there to choose from 🧼 washes/clean towels ect Excellent internet speed

Negative: The optimal way to be there is by taxi, which is average of 25€ per one way It’s split apartment for 2 rooms with shared bathroom/ living room/ kitchen and loud if someone else is staying in the room next door 🚪

Positive: Very kind and supportive Host. He can fluently speak english and even helped us getting a taxi early in the morning. Also very friendly and can tell you a lot about whats going on in Cagliari. If you are fine with sharing a bathroom with a potential other neighbour this place is a win!
