Negative: to put a sign in the reception alerting the guests on NOT use TVs, cell-phones or the like in high volume, especially in the night

Positive: We just needed a room to stay overnight before flying off Cagliari. Getting to the apartment was easy and the host met us and showed us the facilities. Room and bathroom were comfy. Riccardo was extremely helpful when we had issues with taxi bookings. He went beyond his host's duties to ensure we got to the airport in time at the expense of his own time. Thanks you very much, Riccardo!!
