Positive: One of the best experiences when it comes to accomodation in my travel life. The host was very welcoming and hospitable. We met at the flat, and she showed us a place and explained in detail how to use all the devices. Throughout the whole stay we kept in touch via phone and the responses were immediate. Thanks to that, our trip was very pleasant and comfy. The flat itself is located on the last floor of the building, which gives you access to a private terrace where you can eat breakfast. We felt very private and the only person we met was the host on the beginning of our trip. The flat is big, well equipped with a washing machine, fridge, iron, etc. Everything was there and you could feel like there like in someone's private flat. If you need something, just write to the host and she will help you as soon as she is able to. Everything was clean and well-prepared for our stay. The bathroom was also well equipped as well, with shampoos, soaps, toilet papers and detergens. Maybe it is a small thing for travelers, but most of the hotels which are more expensive are lacking of these. Beds are comfortable and the most important thing is air conditioning. It is separate for the living room and bedroom, which is great and you can also put it on sleeping mode so it is very quiet at night. The flat is located outside the city center. I am completely honest with you that I don't know if public transport is well connected to this area. Sardinia itself is an island with beautiful beaches which are quite hard to reach, so the best way is to rent a car. Unfortunately, in Italy, it is easy to get a scratch on your rented car which will cost you quite a lot of money without insurance. Casa Sandra provides you with private parking in a closed area so you can sleep well without thinking of parking skills of your neighbors. The place was worth every euro we spent there and it was cheaper, better, more comfortable than every hotel room or flat in Cagliari.
