Summary: Took the family to Spanish wells! Great well equipped cottage! Had everything necessary to cook meals. Clean, nicely done with a comfortable couch. Caretaker offered extremely fair rates on dockage and golf cart. Such a lovely clean island. Great location.

Summary: Great house, comfortable beds, the tv in the living room has a noisy cable box with a ticking sound, don’t think it’s the tv because the noise went away while on Netflix.

Summary: This property is so cute! It is very clean and well built with few signs of wear and tear. The layout of the house was perfect for our family of 4 four plus a grandma. The space is thoughtfully layed out and well designed for practicality and comfort. The caretakers, Jonny and Nancy met us at the dock and delivered our luggage while we drove our golf carts. We were pleased to find plenty of spices and supplies left for visitor use. The property came with bikes (that needed a little love that was easily accomplished by my husband), kayak and paddle board as well as lots of beach supplies including chairs. Spanish Wells is small enough that we know you don’t need to stay beach front as it’s only ever a few mins away by cart. This property lies close to the new swings at the beach park and close to the bridge where our girls love to look for fish, pet the local cats, and hope to spot the manatees. It is a 2 minute ride to Food Fair and to the main beach as well. A great spot for sure. We would absolutely stay at Brandi’s place again.

Summary: We had a nice long weekend at this home and enjoyed Spanish Wells overall. House worked perfectly and definitely enjoyed the golf cart rented through Johnny. Plenty of kitchenware to cook meals. Beds were comfortable and owner was very responsive.

Summary: The house was perfect for our group and just as described in the listing. Brandi kindly arranged a ride from the airport to the dock upon our arrival. The caretaker and his wife met us at the SW dock and took our luggage to the house. They did the same on our departure day. I forgot my cellphone at the house and didn’t realize it until we were on the ferry heading to the airport to catch our flight home. I borrowed a phone to call the caretaker, they fetched my phone from the house, and sent it over on another ferry. They went above and beyond to help me out. We rented a golf cart from them for the week . We also rented a boat from them one day. I would recommend this house to any of my friends or family.

Summary: Stayed in the cottage for 10 days. It's in a wonderful location. You can walk or ride a golf cart to the beach in 5 minutes. The grocery store and restaurants are all within minutes. The beach is gorgeous and at low tide, you can walk out on the beautiful sand for over 100 yards. We rented a golf cart for our entire stay which was awesome. We also rented a Boston Whaler from Johnny for 7 days and caught a lot of fish and snorkeled. The water and coral reefs are breathtaking. The cottage is tastefully decorated with a huge kitchen. If you enjoy cooking your meals, there is ample cookware for anything you might prepare. There are plenty of coconut trees in the yard and enjoyed drinking the coconut juice with a little rum and pineapple juice. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone. Spanish Wells is a very safe place. I would have no problem with my children walking back and forth from the beach alone. My only regret is that I did not stay longer!
