Summary: This property was simply perfect for our stay. It provided privacy for each of the 3 couples with separate Bathrooms for each bedroom.A short walk over the dune to the amazing beach.Both the SUP and Kayak were great to paddle out in the calm waters.

Summary: This was our second visit to Spanish Wells. We selected Sunnyside Beach Villa for more room, proximity to the beach, and location closer to town. This property was exactly what we were looking for. The location really cannot be beat for privacy, beach access, and proximity to everything you want in Spanish Wells. All the rooms were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked for meal preparation. We also appreciated the abundance of large tables indoor and out for our larger party. We cooked most meals and always found what we needed. The grocery store is just around the corner so picking up an extra item or two was a cinch. The house includes beach toys and a few kayaks for exploring the water. Bring your snorkel gear and you won’t want to leave the house but just incase you do, the property manager arranged multiple outstanding excursions for our group. From sea turtle and stingray encounters to beach hopping, snorkeling and deep sea fishing, they can handle it all. Ask for Captain Smiley and you’ll be all smiles as well. As much as we enjoyed the property, it’s the people who made our visit so wonderful. The property managers were so kind, helpful, and accommodating and it really made our experience second to none!

Summary: My family including 6 adults and one 5 year old loved our stay. 3 couples each had our own bathroom with comfortable beds. The house was a terrific beach house with everything we needed. We loved just walking out the back door to the beach. We rented an extra golf cart to give us the ability to so our own thing when needed. Spanish Well is terrific, safe. Lorraine, Kalina and Brent Beauregard were wonderful even bring us vegetables from the farm. We had a great day of fishing and a 1/2 of sea adventures with Captain Smiley. We highly recommend. The Beauragard’s really make everything so easy from arranging taxi and transportation to and from the airport and making sure that we were happy with everything.

Summary: House and location just amazing. Property manager was always an email away. Was charged in American dollars from the Canadian VBRO site so be very AWARE that your paying in Canadian dollars!! Contacted VBRO and they were no help at all!!!

Summary: Spectacular house, right on an incredible beach. House is not awash in luxury but it has everything you could want for a wonderful beach holiday. Support was really good -- very responsive before we arrived and once we got there. Highly recommend booking with these guys. And what a great little town, just what we wanted. Not too touristy, but just enough amenities. Not to miss: ice cream at Eagle's Landing, fresh fish and lobster from Bernard, incredible lightening storms over the water. Recommendation: Bring an ATM card or plenty cash, lots of places do not take credit cards.

Summary: First trip to Spanish Wells - and can't wait to go back! Lorraine and Kalina could not have been more helpful or attentive to our travel needs - arranging our transport from airport by taxi to the Ferry, and picked us up upon arrival and took us to this wonderful property. We had seven in our party - and the layout of the house was perfect - very comfortable, open floorplan, large covered deck, and steps to one of the most beautiful, peaceful beaches in the Bahamas. Kayaks, Paddleboards, and floaties all included. We rented two golf carts as well for our trip (which were arranged and waiting for us upon arrival) - which allowed us to freely explore the island - a place filled with friendly people, fantastic food, and plenty of adventures in the ocean. Thank you for your hospitality - and we look forward to returning to visit the island and this property again in the future!

Summary: we stayed 2 weeks at sunnyside villa. we had an absolutely wonderful time, the beach is second to none. the house was comfortable, alot of outdoor furniture to use, and our hosts were great to deal with.
