Summary: The host was wonderful. Amazing communication and super easy check in and absolutely one of the easiest checkout processes I’ve ever encountered. Location was great. Everything was an easy walking distance and of course, being located next to the chocolate tree definitely had its perks. The only reason they get a four overall is because it was not conducive for gathering. There was not any common area, other than a literal, broken futon and two upright chairs. So when traveling with a family understand that there’s no place for the family to actually sit and gather comfortably. In addition, the floors were dirty. There were bugs on the floor and my white socks were dirty within 30 seconds of walking on the floor in my stocking feet. The bathrooms were updated and clean, and the kitchen was updated and clean. I would recommend the property as long as the renter understands the limited gathering space.

Summary: Walking distance from historic downtown Beaufort. Excellent restaurants in the area. Decor was fresh and modern. The living space was a little uncomfortable. Two little chairs and what seemed like a small futon. Overall, we spent a very nice week there.
