Summary: Love this place and it was convenient with a beautiful view. Check out process could be better. We werent sure where to leave the key and after several messages to the property manager, she got back to us 3 hours before our flight. We had to reschedule the rental drop off so we could drive back to the rental and leave the key on the counter. It was a cluster but we made our flight.

Summary: This was the perfect place for a family vacation. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of town but within walking distance from a handful of great restaurants, small stores and bakery. Marie was a gracious host who answered any questions we had during our stay. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Summary: This was a great place to stay..would definitely come back..onlt drawback was electricity would go off every night for about 10 to 15 teen minutes.had a problem with hot water despite all that we would come back. Going to see about booking for next year Property manger was great

Summary: We loved our time on St Martin. The house was very comfortable and the deck over looking the ocean was a delight every morning with our coffee. The community is quiet and very safe. While it is no fault of this host, we were without water several times during the week we were there. Evidently this is a problem they’re working on on the island. Marie was always very quick to respond and help us navigate how to manage the situation, but it wasn’t ideal. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the house. We never cooked there, but the kitchen seemed well stocked and all the appliances were new. I believe this home is a great value for all that it offers.

Summary: Well appointed and nicely decorated. There were things that needed fixing but it did not impact our stay. The view is spectacular but swimming is not ideal. Marie the property manager was very helpful and a lovely person. We enjoyed our stay.
