Summary: The rooms were clean, the property is clean also. My dislikes were on the first night that I stayed the hit water didn’t work and when I spoke with staff about it. She responded with a raised tone. There were ants in the bathroom and I was told to use the spray in the cabinet. I also didn’t have complimentary water in my second room. I was told to purchase water at the bar. My last night of stay, I requested blankets (there aren’t any in the room or on the beds). I was advised by Ophelia that she couldn’t go get me any and that housekeeping was not available. I basically froze through the night

Summary: Great site, good staff, cheap on amenities ... oay for water in the room, pay for power adapter for the room. Not extravagant costs so even more annoying that basics weren't provided. Add $2 to each days stay and save customer from having to leave the room to buy water!

Summary: The property is very good for relaxation. If you want touristy vibe, night life and activities to do within walking distance stay on the Dutch side. There is nothing close by the hotel besides a grocery store, pizza restaurant by the way it was really good and a laundry mat. They do offer transportation however it can get very pricey depending how often you leave the property. They only accept euros and speak 100% French with some English. Dutch side is English speaking. If you stay on the French side you will also need to purchase a phone adapter to use as their outlets are like the outlets in Europe. The Dutch side has American outlets.

Summary: I was a little surprised by the hotel not having washcloths, I typically bring my own and was told by the young lady at the front desk , she uses her hands to wash her body . Gross. The floors in our shower were always soaked with water everywhere because there was no curtain or door and we slipped in the bathroom a lot so we had to use our towels to clean up the water every day, I booked a room for King bed and was given two full sized beds that me and my boyfriend pushed together. I did like the rental car services that were available at the hotel those guys were super nice and helpful. I loved the bar and food on the beach, those people were really nice. We were told by the front staff that our TV was too loud from a guest all the way upstairs, no one on our floor seemed to be bothered with us watching tv. That really annoyed me because we no longer wanted to watch tv. Overall I would never stay there again, the location was fine some of the staff was great but I would stay somewhere else.
