Large and beautiful home conveniently located directly on the canal in the community of Heron Harbour. This home features 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and 2 parking spots.
Features include a well equipped kitchen with a drip coffee maker and 2 ovens for large family meals and a family game room. Great views from the living area and dining area.
1st floor includes living area, dining area, kitchen, den and the Primary Suite with a king bed.
2nd floor features 3 more bedrooms 1 with a king, 1 with 2 queen beds and one with 2 pyramid bunks and the spectacular game room.
Boat dock, boat lift, owners bikes and kayaks are not for guest use.
Guest supplies sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Washer and dryer in condo for your convenience.
This home rents Sunday to Sunday.
Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Our owners do not rent to groups under the age of 25.

Summary: This the second time we've stayed in this lovely neighborhood. It just happened to be when they have an annual party for the neighborhood with a live band which lasted all day. I will not come again the second or third week of August again.

Summary: Very comfortable large house. Beautiful deck area to watch birds and locals on their boats. Would have loved to have been able to tie up our jet skis to the dock but we understand the risk of people standing on your lift. We paid to have them on a floater dock at Harpoon Hannah’s so it turned out okay.

Summary: The house was in mint condition, a well-stocked kitchen, great game room. The size of the rooms could accommodate all of our needs. We were able to dock our boat. We will not hesitate to book again. We spent many hours on the back deck overlooking the canal. Our only concerns were having to go out of the way to pick up the keys and returning them. Also, we would have liked to take advantage of the bikes and kayaks. They were locked up. I would recommend bringing bathmats since the bathroom tile floors are very slippery and an accident could have been avoided.
