Positive: The cleanliness, the extra blankets . We were actually a close to the beach and the pool!

Negative: I wish it had basic seasoning, ex: salt and pepper

Positive: Liked the atmosphere/decor of the rooms, clean, comfortable. Enjoyed the pool facility.

Negative: We couldn't sit on the deck at table to enjoy being outside because rain pours straight through floorboards of deck above, everything was wet there most of our stay. We had hoped it would be an actual roof covering.

Positive: The place was nice and comfortable. It has a washer and dryer, which was great. It had all pots and dishes needed to cook with. It had two bathrooms which was a plus. Had a balcony.

Negative: No inside pool access the weather was cold for outside pool and windy. The outside pool was closed on Sunday for a owners party only, the beach was a little far walking distance, there was a $400 + fee for cleaning but literally we had to clean everything before we left cleaned the dishes and put away, clean towels, throw away all trash. We don't think we will reserve there again was a lot of money the stay, also cleaning lady on last day opened the door without knocking a half hr before check out time 10 am. The check out time was early. We arrived late and the area was too dark could not really identify building,a neighbor was the one who let us know what building it was. The area around building where pool was we walked around there was a lot of poop around not picked up on grass and sidewalk. There was no staff on site.
