The dual master bedroom floor plan is ideal for families or traveling friends who desire a little privacy. Both bedrooms boast private balconies as well as newly renovated full bathrooms with beautiful walk-in showers. There is also a full-size washer and dryer and half bath conveniently located in the hallway. The open living area offers plenty of comfortable seating to kick back in front of the TV or enjoy home cooked meals from the well-appointed kitchen. There is room for everyone to relax watch the boats and spectacular sunsets on the spacious waterfront balcony. Enjoy summertime fireworks at nearby Northside Park. Located within walking distance to the beach, pools, bus stop, kayak launches, groceries shopping, and dining. From Memorial Day through September take a dip in the community outdoor family lap and kiddie pools. 58-acre Northside Park is close by - it features a children's playground large outdoor exercise equipment a sports field and a paved path for running. The park also has a crabbing/fishing pier on Assawoman Bay. During the summer enjoy Sundaes in the Park with live music food and fireworks.
