*****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
This beautiful 2 BR 2 BA unit is ready to help you make some wonderful Ocean City memories. It features laminate flooring throughout. The living room area has plenty of seating for the family and a large flat screen TV. The full kitchen is perfect for families looking to cook some of those cost saving meals at home and the dining area has plenty of room for the family. The bedrooms have a king bed in the master, a pyramid bunk bed with a double/single combo along with a queen sleeper sofa. All the bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The large balcony is perfect for relaxing and taking in the summer breezes coming off the bay. There is a washer/dryer in the unit along with wireless internet.
The complex is very well maintained and features a large outdoor pool/baby pool. Located near 120th street, you are close to many fantastic restaurants such as Liquid Assets, Green Turtle and Lombardi's to name a few. Entertainment such as miniature golf, go-carts, jet ski rentals, paddle boards and water parks are all just a short drive away. You’ll also love the proximity to several grocery stores and Malls for last-minute supplies. If you are looking for a break from the beach, Northside Park is a short drive/walk away with numerous fun activities for the family including fireworks on Sunday nights. If you don't want to go to the park to watch the fireworks, this unit's balcony provides an excellent view of the exciting show!

* This condo is on the 2nd floor. Harbour Club is not an elevator building.
* Two parking spots are provided
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial weekend and Labor Day weekend
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 120th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 7 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Benchmark provides exceptional customer service and the properties they manage are always very clean and well-maintained. This is our third rental with Benchmark. All were in different locations and we truly enjoyed our visit at all locations. I would highly recommend Harbour Club I. We enjoyed many restaurants in the area.

Summary: We really liked the location. You can walk to the beach and are in close driving distance to the Delaware beaches. The property was great in that it was very nice and loved having access to a nice outdoor pool and tennis courts. Definitely would stay there again.

Summary: We enjoyed the apartment thoroughly. It is nicely decorated, very clean and my husband and I appreciated the large gap between the master bedroom and the kids room 😉. The pool is just across the street-which the kids enjoyed- and even though we drove to beach, we could’ve walked it. The balcony was our favorite part! We loved that it was huge, we could access it from our room and it has the cutest double seats for my hubby and I to enjoy. The only thing we didn’t like was that after our 5 hour drive in, we had to spread the breads ourselves even though we were exhausted. But at least we were certain that the linens were clean. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting OC that doesn’t mind not being on directly on the beach.
