Building amenities include a large, heated swimming pool, sun deck, secure private beach access, outdoor gas barbecue and picnic area. The club room has Wi-Fi Internet, a 52' Sony flatscreen TV, and book and movie library, and a full kitchen.
Laundry facilities are conveniently located on each floor. The Sunset House offers assigned covered parking for your vehicle and ample guest parking.
The quiet north-end location gives you walking access to world-famous Tigertail Beach and Big Marco Pass Critical Wildlife Area, a 31-acre nature preserve renowned for bird watching and its undeveloped, unspoiled beach. Sunset House is filled with people who have been vacationing here for many years. You’re always welcome to join one of our morning exercise classes—chair aerobics in the social room or water aerobics in the pool.
