Positive: Facilities are very good, rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is very nice, quite big. They also have a nice buffet breakfast. Overall a nice place to stay.

Negative: Staff was not very helpful. We parked the bike in front of the hotel and the following morning we found the bike moved to another spot and with a flat tyre. They told us they moved it but did not break the tyre, they also have cctv there but they couldn’t be bothered to check them. On top of that they tried to charge us for dirty towels (400 baht a towel, overcharge), we washed ourself in the sink and they came out clean - evidently they were not that dirty.

Positive: The hotel have very good location for someone that looking for to be close to the full moon party.

Negative: Very expensive!!! You can find much better hotels for the price that I paid.

Positive: The villa was located in an excellent location with the option of a pool or beach on your doorstep! It was a short walk to a variety of restaurants and shops! The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was comfortable. The room had a smart tv which we also enjoyed.

Negative: The breakfast although included was limited in choice. The shower in the room was also not great.
