Positive: The location was good. Very convenient for the jungle and full moon party as you are right in the middle of the village. The lady was very nice and accommodating for us during our stay.

Negative: Very standard and basic but was expected for how cheap it was. Lots of spiders inside and the gap between the door and outside is quite large.

Positive: The staff was super super nice! They were really making sure everything was okay. The location is great, a few minutes walk to shops and the beach. They offer a scooter rental next door but that woman was not nice so I recommend to look further.

Negative: As nice as the staff was, the room was really dirty. There were spots on the blankets (which were more like a spread, not a blanket), a lottttt of spider(webs) and we had multiple cockroaches in the room. There isn’t an option to put your luggage higher so one went into my luggage. The staff did get them out of the room when we asked for help. It would be really great if the rooms would be cleaned better because then the rating would automatically be higher! Especially when i look at the price I think it’s quite expensive for what you’re getting.

Summary: Big, but really dirty room. Nice staff.

Positive: Very well located, quiet and the staff is very nice

Negative: The cleanliness was ok, the room was very basic and it was too expensive for what it was.

Positive: The location is perfect. Very close to the action of Haad Rin, but just far enough not to be right in the thick of it. The bed was comfy (think old spring mattress with a new topper- perfect for me haha!), and the room was big. The staff were really jolly and I felt safe and secure staying there. The room is a bit tired and scruffy, and the bathroom was very basic, but it absolutely served its purpose as an excellent party crash pad for a couple of nights.

Negative: Personally had no problem with it being scruffy, could have been a bit cleaner though, (the bedding and towels were clean). A fridge would have been useful.
