Positive: - good location for full moon (quiet at night, yet only a few minutes walk from main beach) - really, really nice staff - great pool - aircon all day - breakfast buffet handy - free pool table in the reception

Negative: - bathroom floods a little with showering but that’s pretty common in most thailand accommodation

Positive: The location is excellent - about a 10-minute walk to the Full Moon Party area, which was very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated that even if you choose not to have the room cleaned, they still provide fresh water and toilet paper, which is a very thoughtful touch.

Negative: The shower area does not have a proper partition, so water spreads throughout the bathroom and makes the floor wet when using the toilet. The swimming pool had some visible dirt on the bottom, and the bedsheets had a few noticeable stains that did not appear to be fully removed during washing.

Positive: The location is fantastic, you have a pool and then the beach directly behind , also haad rin beach is just 10 minute walk at most , lots of bars restaurants and shops close by

Negative: The breakfast wasn't the greatest unless you want pad thai rice or spaghetti for breakfast , there where eggs and cereal though so not all bad
