Positive: The bungalow was next to the sea and was amazing to sleep to the waves.

Negative: Bungalow interior walls a bit dated, and could be renovated. The volume of water in the shower could be better.

Positive: Cheap and cheerful! Amazing location. Beautiful beach. The bar next door does great burgers! Chilled vibes! Really friendly owner too.

Negative: Can’t think of anything! And actually the hammock was better than the last (more expensive) bungalow I had stayed at

Positive: I made the decision to go to a full moon party very late, so it was tough to find decent accommodation that wasn't price-inflated to a ridiculous degree. Starlight was still fairly priced. Bungalows were basic, but nice. The resort has direct access to the beach, where you can watch the sunset. It's all really chilled-out, with hammocks, etc. You can walk to the main Haad Rin beach in about 10 mins. It's a great place to be close to the full moon party without drowning in the madness. I'm surprised this place doesn't have better reviews to be honest.

Negative: Nothing really. I wasn't expecting luxury, but the bungalows are more than adequate, and the access to the beach makes this a great place to stay. Provided you don't have inflated expectations, you should be happy with staying here.

The bungalow was simple but clean and cozy, with a nice terrace to enjoy the view. The atmosphere was peaceful, perfect for unwinding. The staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. I would happily return for another quiet beach escape.
