Positive: staff were super friendly and helpful, location is amazing, viewes are great, overall definitely a nice place to visit and stay with family or friends.

Negative: rooms are fine but can be better, possibly not many options for entrertainment if you travel with kids

Positive: The food and wine.

Negative: We had an impression that the original (old) building was neglected when the new one was built… Very dim light in the room, some things were impossible to see. But the main discomfort was caused by the state of the bathroom which was very dirty.

Positive: Comfy bed and incredible food from the restaurant. Their “hangover soup” was truly magical and it brought us back to life after a hardcore wedding celebration and I can’t stop preaching it

Negative: Unfortunately the hotel itself was quite disappointing, especially for this high a price. The room was very cold (windows cannot be regulated and no heating at this time of year, constant flow of air), old and seemed a bit dirty (carpet, stained towels). The water in the sink not running properly, the toilet seat broken. No hair dryer in our room (and we came for a wedding so it was a big deal for the preparations - had to wait for half an hour for the staff to find a hair dryer to bring to us). We were in the old building, in the newer one the hair dryer is available, but the building itself is not fully finished. Overall truly disappointing, especially considering the price.
