Positive: First of the the garden was absolutely beautiful! I would like to thank the host very much for being so understanding of us arriving late and wanting to leave early to get to the hikes. She literally woke up earlier to make us pancakes. Sweetheart

Positive: Very nice garden and very friendly hosts. The host lady treated us to very tasty figue varenye and bakeries in the morning.

Negative: The false description tells one bed is in the bedroom, the other - in the living room. In reality, there is ONLY ONE ROOM with both beds! They provide NO DUVER COVERS for the blankets, just one extra sheet. This is totally crazy - I've visited ~50 hotel rooms in all parts of Georgia, and never experienced such disregard for the hygiene of guests. No power outlets in the vicinity of the main bed. Wide hole behind the bed + very low headboard = the pillow falls down behind the bed during the night. There is a separate kitchen, but NO MICROWAVE. A plenty of ants in the room. Entrance lock and key both of extremely poor quality, it physically hurted my fingers to close and open the door to the room.

Positive: Tina is cheerful and excellent host who lives in house next to this very nicely decorated studio cottage with full kitchen and large bath with walk in shower. Large windows face a beautiful garden making space fell larger and yet more private. Garden cuts off sound from street. This place is in city center, so location is also excellent.

Negative: We loved Tina. I can't say anything negative.

Positive: We LOVED everything about the Garden House: the environment is essentially the Garden of Eden complete with fruit trees. But you’re in town near historic sites, stores of all sorts , restaurants, wine cellars, paring is free, safe & easy. Tina, the host is such a lovely person, she really takes hospitality seriously and she’s very fun about it! She regularly showered us with pancakes, nuts, pomegranates, kiwis & Rose liqueur over 9 days—she’s a fantastic ambassador for Georgia! Everything about the apartment is quality: comfy bed, linens, hot water/shower, kitchen appliances, washer, heating, fireplace. From this base we drove to many of the “Wine Days” festivals all over the Kakheti region, and walked across the street to our local one. It’s fairly centrally located for many other adventures as well. It’s an outstanding value, and an all-around wonderful experience.
