Positive: The room was clean and neat, the host Lika was most considerate and went far to help us make the most of our stay. The food was delicious with different variations every day, and exactly when we asked for it, with no delays. We got a bottle of excellent wine every evening. There are plenty of toy cars in the yard, and we were offered a cabin next to that car park. Our son took part in Lika’s son’s birthday party, and even my husband and I got slices of the cake. We got so much care and warmth there. May this place thrive!

Positive: The estate is beautiful, build and docorated with great attention to detail, surrounded by vines and the imposing Caucasus mountains in the background. Everything is brand new, the big outside pool area was completed days ago. You find plenty of space for relaxing including hammocks and sunbeds. I completely recommend to add the wine tasting with Lika and the optional dinner. That really made my day.

Positive: The property was beautiful, the room and facilities were excellent and very clean, and most of all the hospitality of the owners was one of the most memorable parts of the trip. Highly recommend the dinner, breakfast and wine tasting, everything was delicious and homemade.

Negative: Undergoing renovations while we were there, but to be expected as we were visiting in the off season. Other than that everything was perfect.

Negative: Bathroom wasn’t clean and the main lamp wasn’t working, we have informed the host, but in the end the issues weren’t fixed.
