Positive: A very friendly and nice place, wonderful hosts. Good breakfast and local wine offered, as there is a local wine cellar. Plenty of space for car parking. There is a swimming pool for summer time.
Negative: Villas are in fact duplex studios, no internal doors, so it is not so comfortable for a group of 4-5 people. Wifi connection is weak, for those who need it. There are no fridges in the apartments (but there is a shared kitchen where you can cook and keep stuff).

Positive: The property is beautifully designed in traditional Georgian style and is well maintained for the most part. The lady who runs the hotel was absolutely lovely.
Negative: The drains inside the bathrooms/toilets had an awful smell which was temporarily ‘fixed’ with a wet towel to cover in between use. The pool looked a little too murky as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, which was a shame as we were really looking forward to a swim but chose not to. The lady who runs the hotel and restaurant was very friendly although always seemed stressed. Unfortunately the husband wasn’t very helpful and could have been more respectful to the guests trying to enjoy a nice dinner which was sadly drowned by the noise of football on the TV where he seemed to use the restaurant like a private living room with no care for the guests. We had a feeling of guilt when requesting an early but reasonable breakfast (8:30-9am) which sadly ruined the enjoyment and made us feel more like a hindrance than a welcomed guest. Overall a beautiful property which has the potential to be one of the best places to stay, but sadly missed the mark based on the above. We would return and recommend to others if the feedback above was taken on board.
Summary: Beautiful property but let down on some important factors
