Summary: This was a nice apartment at one point, but that time has passed. The walls and floors are very beaten up, with scraps and holes everywhere. The sinks in the bathrooms drained very poorly. The TV never worked. They sent someone to bring a new remote, as the apartment didn't have one when we checked in, but it didn't help. We were told someone would come the next day to fix it. We were there another week, and no one fixed the TV. The check in process was a big hassle. We had to take a cab to their remote location, and back again as it isn't near any metro stops. We were forced to sign a rental agreement stating we agreed to the condition of the apartment BEFORE we had been inside the apartment! It was not in good condition as we found out later. The kitchen had the bare essentials, but no more, no leftovers of any kind, no sugar, tea, coffee, cooking oil, not even salt or pepper. We started from scratch. The location was very good, near metro stops, and walking distance to many attractions and tons of restaurants. The front room was noisy for sleeping .

Summary: I stayed for 4 nights with my children (grown up). We were 3. The apartment is very comfortable, has everything you need to live at ease. The check in was impeccable, very attentive host who in addition to check me in, gave me a map of the city, and explained me quickly all the means of transport to visit all the attractions. I highly recommend Apartment Barcelona Rentals. When I return there I will be back!
