Summary: Good: Everything was clean. Very close to the Arc. Neighborhood seemed safe. Communication before the trip was fine. Staff was friendly upon check-in. Bad: The water temperature in 1 shower was scalding & the other was freezing. Shower head base in master was broken so you had to hold it or lay it on the water faucets. Freezer was filled with "frost over" & minimal space for real groceries. Found google reviews mentioning the following & now I'm dealing with the same: I'm trying to get my deposit back after only 1 response to many emails & chats. It has been 3 weeks. No mention of any problems or reason for it being charged. My experience with deposits is that they are usually holds pending on the credit card. This company charged a real charge on the day of check in & hasn't refunded. Multiple furniture pieces have seen better days. Had to check in at an office 2 miles away from apartment, so that was inconvenient while traveling internationally with multiple bags & people. 1 of the keys didn't work once we arrived (decided it wasn't worth the trip back to the office).

Summary: The apartment is clean and functional. The master bedroom is closed off from the living room by a large rolling door. A little strange, but it works. This is a transit apartment. No ice (or ice trays), no salt, no sugar, no oil, basically no nothing in terms of basics for cooking. The one fry pan was badly scratched. There is a small store right next door where we were able to buy all those items. We probably wouldn't stay there again, but it is in a good location and was clean.

Summary: The location is excellent, close to the Sagrada Familia and steps from the city center. The apartment is complete, very well decorated and quality furniture. Very comfortable and spacious beds. The girls were very kind both at check in and check out. Giving all kind of information requested and more. I hope to come back soon!

Summary: The location was terrific. The apartment was charming and the beds were very comfy. Lots of good places to eat within easy walking distance - good cafes, and a very good family restaurants, and its just maybe 15 min or less by walk to the beach.
