Summary: Location was close to everything which made the 4 days we were there very easy as we could get around and see everything we wanted to see.

Summary: Pro: close proximity to public transportation, clean, property manager very responsive to issues with property Cons: check in is across town (40 minutes by public transport to property which I wish I would have known when booking), key did not work when we got to the property, furniture broken/collapsed and was not removed leaving exposed staples, several other small maintenance issues, property across from a bar so it is not quiet until about 2am and glass recycling comes for pick up around 3a every night and dumps all the glass which is quite loud, pool is on the roof (not private for the property) and was full of algae (not usable)- listing misleading on this, there is no parking on the property despite what the listing says Professionalism issues : property manager at check-in has sign saying masks are mandatory so we entered with masks, no employees were masked, one employee spoke to another employee and said she should ask us if she needed to wear one- she laughed and rolled her eyes (I think they assumed we did not speak Spanish but I do)

Summary: The property is in a good location. Cleanliness of the apartment itself was reasonable, but common areas where less than good in terms of cleanliness (including lift and stairs). We were also disappointed with the pool/terrace area. First, when we tried to use it, the seating areas were always full. The one time we did find an open sitting area, the reason it was open was because of the vomit that was there (there appeared to be a bachelor party group staying in one of the other units). I did complain and the property owner responded quickly about getting it cleaned. In any event, I feel like I paid more for a property with a pool/terrace but was never able to use it.

Summary: The attention received was unbeatable, the facilities were great, the location very good. We were 4, and we had a sofa bed with double mattress in the living room and 1 doble bed and 4 single beds in the bedrooms. It was great! The towels were very clean and we got toilet paper. The guy who came to give us the keys at night was very nice, he explained everything and was at our disposal if we needed it. The apartment was super cool, the heating was great, even some days we had heat. The kitchen utensils were more than enough to make the occasional dinner there. One of our best things about Barcelona was the accommodation, a great value for the price!
