Very conveniently located home on 1.7 acres with a huge fenced in backyard that backs up to the Des Plaines river. We have flexibility to offer early check-in and/or late check-out, just send us a message so we can try to accommodate your travel schedules.

Maximum number of Adults: 12 (top bunks in bunk bed room meant for children only. Bottom bunks have full size mattresses)

The house sits on 1.7 acres, and the large fenced in backyard has a zip line, propane grill, deck, patio, fire pit and backs up to the Des Plaines river.

Both 65 Inch 4K TVs have a cable package for live tv, and they both have Roku players with guest mode so you can watch your own streaming services. Lower level TV also has a blu-ray player with lots of children's movies.

Game room with a pool table and bar. Lower level living room consists of a 65 inch smart tv, blu-ray player with plenty of children's movies, fireplace and a bar.
Washer and dryer free to use, with complimentary laundry pods and fabric softener + Iron, ironing board, garment steamer.
Walk out the lower level to the massive back yard.
Backyard: Fire pit, grill, patio table with umbrella and seating for 6. Additional table on the patio with 4 seats. Zip Line and a 2 seater swing.

Summary: This home was perfect for our stay! It was clean, spacious, and comfortably accommodated my family of nine (three couples, plus an 18-year-old, a 10-year-old, and an 11-year-old). It served us wonderfully during my son’s Navy boot camp graduation. The location, conveniently close to the base, was a major advantage, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful details such as bath and kitchen essentials, plenty of towels, and the clear labeling throughout the home. The backyard was a favorite for my kids, with its swing and zip line, while the game room featuring a pool table and foosball, along with the bunk bed room, kept everyone entertained. The Navy-themed decor, including flags, a banner, and the snacks, added a personal and meaningful touch to our stay. One of the highlights for me was the large dining table, which allowed us to enjoy meals together as a family—a priority for this trip.
