Positive: The location was great. Not too far from the Navy Base. The beds were comfortable. Our air conditioning wasn't working, so they moved us to another room.

Positive: The clerk with the blonde hair, Caucasian really went above and beyond. I just can not remember her name.

Negative: The water was cold when taking a shower. I was scared my family and I would get sick.

Positive: Close to Great America where I was attending.

Negative: The front desk clerk were very rude, she made multiple racial comments; she even insinuated I was broke and told me the machine didn’t like my debit card; yes; she told me ‘ the machine doesn’t like certain debit cards’ she then proceeds to tell me my card declined in front of everyone; although, my card had more than enough money, not to mention; they had already took out my account, this was only the refundable $50 deposit. She also told asked me what type of card I had, I tell her “ I have a Mastercard “ she says ‘ is that a debit card’ I said “yes” she says ‘oh, the machine like credit cards better’ to my dismay. This woman was using micro aggression, passive aggression, and racial discrimination. I have never felt so belittled and attacked for no reason whatsoever, I was applauded. I will not be returning, I can do better.
