Positive: Beautiful, stocked kitchen with quality knives, appliances and cookware. Ocean views and 2 min walk to the beautiful beach. Comfortable and spacious home for our family. Two full bathrooms with double sinks. we loved that they had a shed with all the beach necessities - beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers. The property manager was super responsive and hospitable.
Negative: Two rooms with XL twin/ full beds not that comfortable- more on firm side. The childrens room AC/ fan not working properly- it was reported to property management and we received a swift reply stating there will be someone out to fix but never came. Kids used fans but the room and left door open while they slept but it was still very hot inside ...

Positive: This home was perfect for our stay on Oahu! Absolutely loved the location...easy walk to Laie point, a semi-private beach, yummy restaurants, gas station, and Foodland! The home itself has been so thoughtfully prepared to make one's stay beyond comfortable with plentiful amenities, clean and updated kitchen and furnishings, and so many extras that we appreciated...lovely shaded deck with table and beautiful view, lots of indoor seating, beach towels and gear, and an awesome kitchen. Lastly, so grateful for the owner's clear and proactive communication which was so helpful and generous. Would recommend this home away from home in a heartbeat!

Positive: The location above all else was perfect for the daily activities that we attended, like Kualoa Ranch and Polynesian Cultural Center. Laie Point and the private Beach were the best addition to a perfect location!
Negative: Other than maybe wanting another bathroom for our group of 12, it was not necessarily needed.
