Summary: The room was very clean, the staff were very courteous and friendly. The amenities were more than adequate. The hotel building is very attractive and well located in the centre of Valencia near to many of the tourist highlights. Lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance. The breakfast was excellent, good choice of food and excellent staff. All in all a memorable experience.

Summary: AC requires an upgrade, lighting in room could be more adaptive. We were upgraded to a junior suite, very elegant room however the bathroom was very small. Breakfast is frighteningly expensive and not worth the money ! Staff very courteous and helpful

Summary: This it’s for me the best place to stay , staff it’s great the hotel it’s great the palace it’s located in the heart of the old town you can walk anywhere. And again the staff the rooms the service it’s great !!
