Summary: Absolutely wonderful apartment just what we had hoped for, location was perfect nearby everything you could wish for, supermarket a 2 minute walk for food and drink, restaurants on your doorstep, 2 minutes walk to the cathedral. Very quirky apartment with an absolutely fabulous rooftop terrace which we sat on with a drink most evenings when kids had gone to bed. Should definitely recommend and will be thinking of visiting again

Summary: Juan was very helpful and the apartment is lovely. Easy walking distance to many sightseeing locations. Nice vibe in the neighborhood. It is on the 4th floor, with no elevator, so won’t work if you are mobility impaired. We would definitely rent again if our travels bring us back to Valencia.

Summary: This apartment is in a prime location and was incredibly well equipped. Our host was wonderful and always available to answer questions. Keep in mind there is no lift/elevator so there are a lot of stairs to the 4th floor but I didn't mind at all. I would stay in this great location and comfortable apartment again.

Summary: It was a lovely penthouse with an excellent location. However the air-conditioner could not cool the livingroom below 27°. The main level bedroom was closer to 30° and the upstairs bedroom was hotter than that. We were unable yo use it for sleeping. Sleeping on the floor was not greeat.

Summary: Lovely quirky flat really close to everything. We didn’t need to cook but all the basics are there. Comfortable to sit in the evening. Juan recommended local places to eat which were very good.

Summary: A fantastic place to stay and explore Valencia, lovely bars and restaurants just a stones throw, along with the cathedral and other major tourist attractions. Juan was brilliant with his communication before we arrived and whilst we stayed there and couldn’t do enough to help us.
