Positive: Great location - new and clean. Having a lift was helpful. Carmen was very responsive!

Negative: Beds are a bit hard - and a few more amenities would be helpful such as salt and oepper in the kitchen and additional paper products for longer stays.

Negative: The pictures were slightly misleading, as the apartment did not have the spacious balcony I expected. One of the bathrooms could have been cleaner. Overall, it’s a very basic apartment, but thanks to its fantastic location, these minor issues were easy to overlook.

Positive: Very very central in the old town within a few minutes walk from all the sites. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops literally on your doorstep. Easy access to public transport. Very modern, clean, good wifi and aircon with modern facilities. Owner was very responsive and helpful to any questions even when we arrived late due to a very delayed flight. Access was no problem.

Negative: Very close to Placa Negrito which is very fun and lively but was noisy well into the night so not so good if you're a light sleeper.

Summary: Great stay in Valencia! Look forward to going back.
