Positive: The location on the Pacific and views from the property were spectacular!

Negative: The kitchen could use updated and you had to walk through another bedroom from one of them to access the full bathroom.

Positive: It is neglected Electrical issues kept flipping the GFi on the hot tub never got hot.The power kept Going Out in the back bedrooms. The only heat are plugged in heaters and it was cold enough that the backrooms needed them.So the power kept tripping.We had a hard time locating the box which we eventually found inside the closet one of the bedrooms. The outside of the property is very neglected. Some of the interior needs a complete redo. The housekeeper did a good job and the beds were comfortable.The view is spectacular. After going on to another site and seeing reviews these issues have been going on for a long time and the management company has not been transparent about it at all. They are fully aware of the problems and when you call for assistance.They act like they don't know and they're very sorry. I can tell you that if you want to spectacular view.This is the place the beds and bedrooms were put together very nicely.The layout of the home is okay very old and many renovations needed.My understanding is that they are going to bulldoze the house and rebuild soon. I assume that's why it is so let go. Paying as much money I thought there would be a little bit more attention to detail especially in the common areas Like I outside around the fire pit... I could give you so many pictures that would blow your mind.Some of them that are stunningly beautiful and some that are just horrifying.

Positive: This house is in the most beautiful location. Amazing views inside and out. Such and incredible little path down to the waves that were awesome. Beds were comfy. Nice fireplace.

Negative: Wi-Fi and hot tub weren’t working because of a power outage but Ashley did all she could to help the situation. It could use some updates in the kitchen but we didn’t care about that at all. It uses space heaters when it’s cold so it’s a bit slow to warm up.

Summary: One of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed.
