Positive: Bed was very comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean. The property was beautiful! Easy check-in and parking.

Negative: No complimentary regular coffee! Just an Nespresso machine with a few pods. No complimentary breakfast. There aren't a lot of breakfast places near the hotel, so you have to pay a high price at the hotel restaurant for breakfast and coffee. Hand soap and shower gel were extremely fragrant and bothersome.

Positive: Beautiful grounds, large rooms, deluxe linens, friendly folk, fantastic breakfast ( not included in price of room) worth every penny though! I could go on....great pool and 9 hole putting green and smores around the fire. Not to mention...great weather!

Negative: They couldn't get my name right on the TV screen ( no biggie but kind of odd) Small (low) toilets. Really hard on older folks to use. No grab bars.

Negative: For a hotel of this level it's unforgivable that I was unable to control the air conditioning in my room and that it was so noisy I woke up multiple times when it restarted. Not a good night's sleep

Positive: Room was clean and had a great view of the pool. The gym was a bit crowded but really clean. We also ate breakfast there one morning and everything was delish!
