Positive: Great location.

Negative: Old building. Looks like the last upgrade was 50 years ago. Totally outdated room and bathroom. The main reason they can charge the prices they do is the fact that they are located on the island. Definitely not the quality of the property.

Positive: The spa hot tub with the waterfall in their enclosed courtyard on the 2nd floor was divine. It was our honeymoon for us 2 73 year olds. We just got married the day b4. They gave us 1 lb. Fudge free as a gift.

Positive: Location of hotel is excellent. Fudge was excellent Staff was great

Negative: The room size is small but clean. Slim on room amenities. Ice machine was down 2 floors and ice bucket didn't have a lid so ice melted quickly. Elevator didn't work so climbing 4 floors wasn't ideal. Could smell the Mexican restaurant throughout the hotel.
