Summary: Very helpful staff members. Did not have to worry about luggage getting to and from the boat especially since you have to walk to hotel.

Summary: Likes: Beautifully appointed, large, clean rooms. Outstanding breakfast buffet. Excellent location, easy walking distance to downtown. On-site bike rentals with discount for guests. Caution: Depending on which building you're in, there may be a difficult steep uphill walk to the building itself, or on stairs within the building, requiring a good level of fitness and no disabilities. Advise discussing this with the property before confirming reservation.

Summary: This hotel was amazing!! Staff were pleasant and helpful. Had a room with a beautiful garden view and patio. The breakfast was delicious with a different hot option each day such as omelette, sausage biscuit. Lobby had hot drinks available 24 hrs/day which the men in our group took advantage of, lol!! Bike rental thru the hotel was half the price of other vendors. Would definitely stay there again.
