Summary: Andy is a very personable host. He communicates best at the last minute via text. The Chris Craft offered comfortable sleeping and we used the refrigerator and microwave to prepare simple meals. The ventilation in the main cabin area wasn't great and the initial holding tank smell never subsided over our weekend stay. We did not use the boat "head" or the water from the sink. We were grateful for a peaceful stay on the water and enjoyed the dock furniture and view. Dinghy listed on the original booking was not on site.
