Summary: The condo was very comfortable for me and my son. It contained all the amenities we required for home cooked meals. We also enjoyed the community hot tub. Mandy was very accommodating to a minor change I requested and she was very responsive. We would not hesitate to rent with Mandy again.

Summary: The location is ideal to spend the day exploring Durango Mountains. The host is very responsive and welcoming! We loved being a 2 minute drive from Purgatory and coming back to a clean hot tub steps away from the room. Quiet area with respectful residents and guests

Summary: Great place to escape to and enjoy the beautiful mountains all around. Very nicely decked out with all the comforts of home, wood burning fireplace, full kitchen, even games and movies to play at night. Host/manager put a lot of thought into the little details and that makes for a really nice place to relax and enjoy vacation time. Would absolutely stay here again.
