Summary: Perfect location, but a very uncomfortable stay. The room was insanely small and when l booked it didn't mention the size of the room. Two people with four suitcases in total, we couldn't fit in the standard room. The pillows very uncomfortable too and in general the room was very basic - it felt like a 3* hotel and not a 4* one. The hotel staff was very polite and eager to help you though. Overall, l wouldn't choose it again.

Summary: The room was spacious, for Japanese standards and bed very comfy. The common lobby area isn’t the best. Access to coffee and water is limited due to (paid) breakfasts and lunches. The capacity of the breakfast is very limited and nit very comfy. Value for money medium good. We were charged more than in the hotels.com confirmation, will figure out the reason.

Summary: good location, big space, friendly staff. provide coffee and tea and biscuits during 3:00pm -10;00pm. Just the toilet has some bad smell. Others things are very good. Will stay again.

Summary: The hotel was great as it was central for trains and shopping - no bar or evening restaurant which I didn’t read the small print. Very polite staff probably would just have preferred a little more life about it
