Positive: This is a beautiful villa situated just outside Perdika- a 10 minute walk to a small supermarket and lovely places to eat in the evening at very reasonable prices. The pool is lovely with pool floats supplied and sun loungers, lovely shaded spots to sit, beautiful views from the upstairs bedroom balcony, inside is air conditioned, good kitchen, very comfortable beds and just a great place to be inside and out! We didn’t hire a car and didn’t feel the need to have one but if we were there longer we might have. Good taxi service available.

Positive: Miss Valentina house is a great place to stay in Perdika! The house is as per the pictures. Booking and arrival were super easy. The host was also very helpful to prepare our stay. Note 1: you have 3 bed rooms underground (still enough sun light thanks to a smart architecture, no worries) and 1 upstairs. Kids enjoy the downstairs rooms a lot, parents did prefer having a view. Note 2 : you probably need a car to go to the village center (18min walk downhill) and any of the fantastic beaches near by.

Negative: All good- look at the pic and description and decide if the place is for you!
