Positive: Immaculately clean, able to swim in the sea right under the property, short walk to Perdikha, fabulous hospitality - Antonia was helpful yet unobtrusive and gave us some freshly baked biscuits for our journey home! The apartment had everything you could want for a short stay and the peaceful serenity was priceless.

Negative: If you are going to hire a car, make sure it is the smallest available as the roads are extremely narrow.

Positive: Nice very clean apartment with amazing view. Possibility to swim directly at the steps of the building -- very beautiful when not windy. Check-in and check-out easy.

Negative: There was no internet connection in the apartment but only wifi on the balconies.. It was very windy during our stay and quite noisy when the windows were closed -- not safe to swim under the apartment when too windy.

Positive: The view from the apartment is amazing, 180 degrees over the sea with the sunrise and the sunset, the direct access to the sea (not the beach), the apartment itself, a duplex, bright, new and clean, with a small terrasse at each floor.

Negative: Not really a dislike but the road to access the apartment is complicate and narrow, there are some fixing still to do as it is a new construction and it would have been nice to have salt, a bit of oil if you want to cook something as there is a brand new kitchen with all the necessary.

Summary: Beautiful relaxing stay with an amazing view
