Positive: Everything was wonderful. We hade 3 balcony in the small house, everyone with Seaview. The host were more than service minded. When we didn't find the place since google map took us wrong way, they came and took us along to the house. Everything was clean and you get a feeling like home in a way. All that plus that is was a short walk to the harbour and the restaurants there.

Negative: nothing

Summary: if you will go to Perdika I would really recommend this.

Positive: We spent a wonderful two days. Comfortable mattresses on the large bed and on the double sofa bed with a comfortable mattress on the first floor. We had two bathrooms at our disposal, one on each floor. House clean, excellent location, views from all rooms, large windows, balconies on both floors. Washing machines and dishwashers, amazing equipment in the kitchen and throughout the house. Clean bed linen and slippers. Hostess always at our disposal. We rented a car and toured the beautiful island with antiquities, parking in the free parking lot of the house.

Positive: My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay in an amazing maisonette and felt at home from the first minute. The comfortable sofa in the bedroom on the second floor was incredibly convenient, because our six-year-old child slept and we had him near us. The room also had its own large bathroom. The spaces were decorated with love and taste with sea paintings on canvas. You don't find this house in rentals!! Even the dishes had the colors of the kitchen. When we arrived, a warm cake was waiting for us from the hostess who was with us in everything we asked her for. Thank you Aristea

Positive: A wonderful stay in an amazing apartment with views from all parts of the house!! Spotless bed linens that smelled of musk. We arrived late at the house, we found the key very easily and a wonderful welcome. The hostess responded immediately and helped us with everything we asked for. The comfortable parking served us incredibly well. We enjoyed the peace and the comfortable apartment. Thank you for making us feel at home.

Positive: Chosen this amazing apartment to get the chance to be inspired for writing the epilogue of my book. In the morning, still lying in my comfortable very klean bed, I was watching the enormous waves, the houses on the opposite hill and the crystal clear horizon, of the island beautiful like a dreamy painting. I've enjoyed the smashing Naïve sea paintings, creations of the so sweet tempered and dynamic admirable hostess. Everything was awe-inspiring wonderful.Thank you and I will come back. (In this heavenly beautiful house,which is so full of positive energy, I 've written the epilogue).

Positive: We cannot say enough good things about our stay! Our room was beautiful and immaculately clean. Location was great! We really enjoyed the large porch. You could sit and enjoy beverages morning noon and night! The owners did not overlook a single detail. We will definitely be back!
