Positive: E-v-e-r-y-thing!!! I have hijacked my partners account to write this review. We spent two magical nights at the Mirror Suite in absolute bliss! Upon arrival, we were greeted by candles and a handwritten welcome note and after a long day of travelling, immediately jumped into the hot tub which was ready and waiting for us. A few minutes into this we were blessed with the beautiful aurora borealis and a small snow storm, as we made our way to the sauna my partner dropped to one knee and asked me to marry him. Gentlemen, if you’re planning to propose, this is the place! The entire set up is a home away from home, intimate, truly at natures doorstep and very private even with the other pods around, the placement of each is perfectly executed and you truly feel like the only people in the world. Our second night saw an even stronger northern light display which was absolutely breathtaking and this stay was one we will treasure forever as being a truly magical, all-consuming playground for Mother Nature and everything she has to offer. A huge shoutout to the fabulous ladies who run the place, they are so lovely and extremely accommodating.
Negative: Our entire stay was faultless. If we had to pick something, it would be that due to planning the team aren’t able to put up a large sign, so if you’re weary travellers in the dark like us you may get lost - only if you’re following a satnav or Apple Maps (Google Maps is perfect to find the exact location). We got a little lost a few 100m’s from the property but it all added to the adventure for us! Just follow the Google maps location and you’ll have no trouble at all :)
