Positive: The staff was very welcoming and always happy to help. The location is incredible, in the middle of the tree. The owner spent the evening talking to us and was very warm. The hotel is huge and the work done to build it is incredible - it truly is a piece of art.

Positive: If you are up for some adventure in nature this is the place. It is back to basic facilities, but with your private waterfall and pool and a great wildlife view from the mirador. We loved it. You need to 4x4 to get there.
