Summary: We were pleasantly surprised by the condition and the size of the house. This is a great home away from home for anyone traveling to Asheville. The drive is quick into the downtown area and there are plenty of places close by for food and groceries, if needed. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Summary: This house was perfect half way mark for my in-law from Alabama and us from the coast of NC to meet up for a few days during my husbands leave block. The house had everything we needed and was super clean. The house was also in a great location close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay again if we get the chance. Our toddler really loved all the instruments.

Summary: We recently stayed at this property for a holiday meetup with extended family. There were ample bedrooms and bathrooms (very important!) for our group of 8. The house was lovely and cozy- it suited our purposes perfectly. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, coffee pot, paper towels, etc. The bathrooms were also well-stocked with toilet paper and shampoo / conditioner / body wash. The hosts were friendly and available, yet unobtrusive. Overall, a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

Summary: Myself and three friends came to Asheville for the weekend to celebrate my birthday. It was a lovely house, spacious rooms and nice amenities. Very clean and decorated very nicely in farmhouse chic style. Beds were really comfortable and we loved the down comforters on the beds. There was just one small issue when we arrived to check in, a bear had gotten into the trash and turned the trash containers over and trash was strewn around on the property. We contacted the owner and the trash was cleaned up right away. The drive to downtown Asheville took about 15 min., which was not bad at all. We had hoped to do a little walking/hiking around the area of the house, but unfortunately the weather was rainy most of our stay and the grounds were really wet, so we didn’t get to check out the area near the house, but it did look like an area for good hiking. On the not so positive side, some of the neighboring houses close to the this rental are a bit of an eyesore, which is unfortunate. But overall we enjoyed our stay at this lovely home and would come back again.
