Positive: Location was excellent. The interior was clean and the updated kitchen and bathroom were great. Plenty of room and a quit area.

Negative: The exterior needed some TLC. (i.e. the grass needed mowing, the awnings and siding could use some power washing, gutters were full of debris). A nice addition would have been an outdoor area in the back with a fire pit where you could sit and enjoy the large back yard. The smoke alarm battery died and was activated but there were no spare batteries for it so I had to go and buy one. We found it difficult and confusing to use the TV, so some detailed instructions would have been helpful.
