Positive: This is an apartment that is worth every penny. Location is excellent, close to main touristic sites, the railway station, the public means of transport, shops and restaurants. It is spotless clean, it offers great comfort and tastefully decorated rooms. Above all, the hosts are super nice and very supportive. You cannot have better than that!

Negative: Honestly, I cannot think of anything.

Positive: This apartment together with its owner stole our hearts. Everything was absolutely amazing, starting with location (steps away from Piazza St. Maria Maggiore) - much calmer than city centre but still walking distance from Coloseum and other must-go places. The apartment was perfectly clean, is is quite new and modern, yet still in traditional design. The communication with the owner was warm and kind, we have really nothing to complain about. Thank you, dear Tatyana for making our stay even more perfect with your accomodation. :)

Positive: We are an American couple in our 60s who spend at Last 2 weeks in Rome every March & have been coming here off and on for 40 years. We never stay in hotels and always rent apartments. In the past we have always tried to get near Piazza Navona or Campo di Fiori in Centro Storico but this time decided to stay a little further out near Sanya Maria Maggiori in the beautiful Esquilino Hill neighborhood, where Romans actually still live and the food is better. It is still close to everything for walking Rome and also very close to the Monti neighborhood and its fine food. Anyway, the location is great, especially if you have a little experience with Rome. The apartment s in on the 5th floor of a beautiful, majestic building built in the 1920s. The lift is original, beautiful and easy to use. The apartment is beautiful and spacious and has the best (and new) big bed we have ever slept on in Rome. The marble floors are beautiful and the high, ornate ceilings are original. Internet is fast and the TV is new and big. The apartment is completely renovated and new and is bigger and better than what you would find in the tourist-packed medieval Centro Storico where no Roman can live. The owner (Tatyana) lives in Trastevere and she is a marvel. She greeted us on arrival and even took us to the train station on the way out after 10 wonderful days. She was in touch with us constantly on WhatsApp and had loads of great advice. This is a great place to stay. Our methodology was we took a quick taxi or bus to various areas of Rome (Trastevere, Vatican, and other places) and walked back to the apartment for a great day of sightseeing. The apartment is perfect for close walking to all the big sites in the East part of central Rome and the Western areas are quickly & easily reachable (Vatican, Trastevere, Navona). Oh, and from the apartment balcony is a beautiful view directly onto the facade of Santa Maria Maggiore - the most beautiful church in Rome. Fantastic!

Positive: The apartment was very big and totally new. On the 5th floor (with an elevator), very quiet with a nice view of the back garden. The location was very good, just a 5-minute walk from the Termini train station (we arrived by train), and 15 minutes walk from the Colosseum. The toilet & shower room was huge with a bidet. The kitchen had a Nespresso machine with free capsules. Via Merulana is a main street with many nice shops, cafes, and restaurants, but you do not hear any noise from the street.
