Positive: Actually this place has a huge terrasse with an incredible view on St Giovanni Basilic. Terrasse has table, cosy lounge corner. Actually 200 people could stay on rhis terrasse. The location is also fantastic as you have access to the garden bordering the 2000 years old city wall. Taxi station is downstair, Metro Station is close and bus station also there! Room itself has big confortable bed. The big window allow you from the bed to see the illumination ofvthf Badilic by night. Included is the breakfast in the greatest coffee place of the area (Materia). Hi security doors. Also a safe for camera snd computer. Nice shower. Everything brdnd new. Fridge. Down the building is also a modern takeway open 7/7 where you csn buy drinks and all sort of food. Paolo the guest and son of the owner is highly educated with perfect english.

And speaking of noses, there are not one, but two nasone (public fountains) just nearby, offering fresh, cold, unlimited drinking water! The Colosseum is just a 15-minute walk away, and the walk itself is a treat—you’ll pass by numerous historical buildings and landmarks, all worth exploring. Don’t miss the opportunity to take it all in. The apartment is ideal for two people: spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped to meet every need. But what truly makes the experience unforgettable is the host family. They are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and polite. Even as a first-time traveler, I felt completely at ease—they offered great tips on where to eat, how to find authentic local ingredients like cheese to take home, and what places to visit. A special mention goes to the Basilica of San Giovanni—a true hidden gem! I won’t spoil the details, but its history will leave you in awe. It absolutely deserves a visit. I have nothing but words of gratitude for this wonderful host family. I wish you all the success in your business, and without a doubt—when I return to Rome, I’ll be staying here again 1000%! 🇮🇹❤️🇬🇪
