Positive: Lovely setting, nice rooms and swimming pool. Staff is very friendly and we had two bikes with baby seats. They drive you with the electric car to the road whenever you want to. Breakfast is nice.

Negative: Family room is a bit small, could use a some more storage space or places to hang towels/clothes. The restaurant menu could use some slightly more western options, even it was just an omelet or basic sandwich. Was not so much for kids there. And because of the location its kind of a hassle to get somewhere else for dinner. One of the days we stayed there was a kind of celebration or party. Which meant people changing clothes at the swimming pool, and us swimming with a huge crowd watching everything. A bit uncomfortable.

Positive: The location is perfect for a few days break. The swimming pool was excellent, and the actual site was very relaxing and calm.

Negative: The staff were wonderful. However, they really need further training. Although full of apologies when things went wrong, the situation was not handled well. The restaurant was diabolical. The food portions were very small, and the menu was very restricted. They do not cater for European taste. But, if you want to eat steamed fermented fish sauce with eggs or braised eel with coconut milk or grilled frog with lemon grass and ginger, this may be the place to eat. Breakfast was extremely limited again, mainly Asian taste of soup or rice. We stayed on the boat, and I would say that although this experience was different, a cabin would have been much better. The boat got extremely hot. The air conditioner was inadequate as it was preset and was not able to be increased. As the place is way off the road, there were no restaurants nearby for you to use, unless you called a taxi, even then the nearest place was extremely limited.

Positive: The bungalows and beds were really comfortable, but you must like outdoor bathrooms. Loved the swimming pool. Loved the staff.

Negative: The fact that the staff were disorganised, that they did not tidy the swimming pool every day, so you would find empty bottles, tissues, towels from the day before. The restaurant was very disorganised, it took at least an hour for the food to arrive. They were no other food options in the area so we had no choice. Some of the staff were bordeline rude. Too far from city center (30 min by taxi)
