Positive: Location is great and it's very good value for money. They offer tours and bike rental which was a great way to explore the area. Staff is very friendly and accommodating

Negative: Room was a bit smelly and the linen was not super clean. Their laundry service also didn't do a great job cleaning my clothes.

Positive: Staff was very nice and helpful. Nice option of scooter rental and boat tours. Even can buy food and drinks. Very calm location in nature.

Negative: Electric outlet was across the room from bed, which is bad for smartphone addicts. Road to resort is flooded during rains, requires assistance to cross.

Positive: Lovely quiet stay. The host's can't do enough for you. Duc the owner runs brilliant boat tours way cheaper than any of the tour companies. The food was lovely. The whole stay was excellent value for money.

Positive: The location was great. We did not interact with the staff much, but when we did, they were friendly and helpful.

Negative: The lack of hot water in the shower was a shock at first, but actually, a cold shower is not a problem in Vietnam and I prefer them as a hot shower means I never cool down and just wilt in the humidity

Negative: I have no complaints
